We take any sturdy fabric(like denim, twill, etc)preferably in darker colors and make a pillow sack with an opening at one end of about 5 inches. We place near our cutting table and throw in all the scraps(fabric, batting, selvage, etc) we would ordinarily toss into the pillow sack. When they ar full (not crammed full, but nicely filled) we whip stitch the opening and send them to the shelter for dogs to use as beds in their kennel.Angie in SoCalhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01689281551068732574noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1686403090969704623.post-89717370760995904962010-02-01T09:09:36.906-05:002010-02-01T09:09:36.906-05:00I'm going to do the same thing Krista!I'm going to do the same thing Krista!Quilter Kathyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16870660916547202929noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1686403090969704623.post-50320702989235341162010-02-01T09:04:09.050-05:002010-02-01T09:04:09.050-05:00Amazing what we can find in the scrap bin!Amazing what we can find in the scrap bin!Dianehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00575475759307565778noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1686403090969704623.post-77830871888091210632010-02-01T08:15:45.525-05:002010-02-01T08:15:45.525-05:00Love the quilt!!!
